Adrian brings more than a decade of legal and corporate experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings, alongside significant skill in cross-border transactions. In his role as Director within Mourant Governance Services, Adrian will lead and grow Mourant’s corporate governance offering in Luxembourg.
