European Capital Partners (ECP), an independent Luxembourg- based Super Management Company (UCITS AIFM with MiFID top-up), announces the completion of the acquisition of Eurinvest Partners S.A.’s business, effective 19 September 2025, following all required regulatory approvals in August 2025.
The transaction materially strengthens ECP’s Belgian wealth management franchise serving HNWIs and families.
