The partners of Elvinger Hoss Prussen announce that Luc Frieden, avocat à la Cour, will join Elvinger Hoss Prussen on October 1, 2016 as partner in the firm’s corporate, banking and finance group. Luc Frieden will focus on providing legal and strategic advice to companies and organisations with European and global interests. His areas of advice will include Luxembourg and European law issues, including the consequences of the Brexit referendum, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance as well as regulatory and compliance matters. Prior to joining Elvinger Hoss Prussen, Luc Frieden served from 1998 to 2013 as cabinet minister in the Luxembourg Government, among others as Minister of Justice and Minister of Treasury and Finance.
