Citadel Capital appoints Augentius
Citadel Capital S.A.E, the leading Middle Eastern and African Private Equity firm, announces that it has appointed Augentius Fund Administration as the administrator for both its’ newly launched Institutional Private Equity Funds, the MENA Joint Investment Fund domiciled in Luxembourg and the Africa Joint Investment Fund domiciled in Mauritius. The funds are expecting to raise $500m. Stephen Murphy, Managing Director Citadel Capital, said “after researching the market and speaking with a number of specialist providers we felt that Augentius with its focus on Private Equity and experience made them the most appropriate party to partner with for our new Funds”. He went on to comment that “throughout the whole process of fundraising, Augentius has been very supportive and helpful”.
