Fund litigation, shareholder disputes and insolvency specialist Hélène Arvis has been promoted to partner at Ogier. Hélène joins Audrey Bertolotti as a partner in the Luxembourg contingent of Ogier’s multi-jurisdictional Dispute Resolution team, which was recently ranked “highly recommended” by Leaders League.
Hélène, an Avocat à la Cour who was admitted to the Paris bar in 2008 and the Luxembourg bar in 2010, has extensive experience in commercial, corporate and fund litigation, shareholder disputes (in pre-litigation and litigation contexts), directors’ liabilities, acquisition litigation, enforcement proceedings and debt recovery, as well as restructuring and insolvency.
