Ogier has welcomed finance and capital markets specialist Laura Archange as counsel in its growing Banking and Finance team in Luxembourg. With more than a decade of experience in Luxembourg law, Laura’s practice focuses on securitisation and fund finance and she has particular expertise in sustainable finance. Before Ogier, Laura worked for another leading Luxembourg firm. She advises on the structuring of cross-border securitisation transactions and related debt issuances, including those subject to Luxembourg securitisation law and / or EU securitisation legislation. Laura is well versed in credit enhancement mechanisms and Euro multilateral trading facility (MTF) listings.
