Could you first come back to your professional career
Once I finished my university studies (Master in Business Administration in Germany) I have always had «two hats», meaning: my paid work and my voluntary work. At the age of 27, I took a responsibility of a profit center with 10 employees in the northern part of Germany for Berlitz Corporation. Five years later, I moved to Luxembourg where I established a brand new profit center for Berlitz and pushed it towards 2 million yearly revenues in 3 years. My «second hat» was at that time my voluntary engagement at Junior Chamber International (www.jci.cc) where I became the president for Luxembourg in 2009.
