Harneys announces firmwide promotions to partner and counsel, alongside leadership changes. For the first time, Harneys has promoted to partner two individuals from their fiduciary business and business support function who are not practising lawyers. All changes are effective 1 January 2022.
Five lawyers from across Harneys offices have been promoted to partner: Ian Clark (Investment Funds | Hong Kong), Francesca Gibbons (Litigation, Insolvency and Restructuring | London), Joshua Mangeot (Regulatory Tax | BVI), Charles Moore (Private Wealth | Cayman Islands), and James Smith (Investment Funds | Cayman Islands).
