2018 will be a year of several changes that will have a significant impact on technology law in the EU and in Luxembourg. Some of these changes will certainly impose a significant regulatory burden on economic operators (such as the General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR) and may see the emergence of new technologies, such as blockchain and artificial intelligence, more difficult.
