Global law firm Goodwin announced that Bastien Voisin joined the firm as Principal to lead the Tax practice in the Luxembourg office. Bastien Voisin advises institutional investors, asset managers, multinational technology and life sciences companies and high-net-worth individuals on all aspects of international taxation and cross-border structuring, with a focus on the private investment funds industry, including private equity, real estate, venture capital and hedge funds. Bastien Voisin will help support Goodwin’s international Private Invest-ment Funds practice. The firm’s European offices have grown to nearly 200 lawyers, almost all of whom are dedicated to the Private Equity, Techno-logy, Life Sciences and Real Estate industries.
