LuxFLAG announce that, Mr. Damian von Stauffenberg, Founder Chairman of MicroRate - a leading Microfinance Rating Agency, has joined the Eligibility Committee of the LuxFLAG Microfinance Label in January 2012. In 1997, Mr. von Stauffenberg founded MicroRate, the first rating agency to specialize in Microfinance, and served as its CEO until 2009. Prior to starting MicroRate, he worked with the World Bank and its private sector affiliate, the International Finance Corporation for 25 years. Damian is widely referred to as a pioneer of the Microfinance industry and continues to develop new ideas for promoting its growth. The Eligibility Committee examines applications from candidate Investment Funds for the LuxFLAG Microfinance Label and recommends to the Board of Directors of LuxFLAG...
