The acquisition of the bank card servicing operations of Catella Bank by Advanzia Bank S.A. was concluded on March 29th, 2019. This acquisition had been announced on December 18th, 2018. The successful closing of the deal underlines Advanzia's continued ambition to become a leading provider of credit card servicing solutions for banks and financial institutions. Advanzia now services 85 banks in 13 countries. As part of the deal, Advanzia also welcomes fifteen new employees.
