The Chairman and the Board of Directors of VP LUX, the Luxembourg Central Securities Depository (CSD) owned by the Danish CSD VP SECURITIES, announce the appointment of Andrea Tranquillini as new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company.
Andrea Tranquillini will replace Flemming Andersen who has guided the company since its inception in 2009 and who will now take a deserved retirement. The Chairman and the Board of Directors wish to thank Flemming Andersen for the commitment and the efforts produced which have contributed to the success of the company during these years.
