ACL GmbH, the owner of the Airport Center Luxembourg (ACL) office building announces one of the largest Luxembourg letting deals of 2010 in its letting of 2,052 sqm of office space representing the entire top floor of the building to Rosalia AG and its affiliated companies. A further three small office units have been let to firms Aerodynamics S.A., Tricap Administration (Luxembourg) S.A. and Lux Kapitalmarkt Management AG respectively in the fourth quarter of 2010. Rosalia AG, a private equity company, has signed a nine year fixed term lease at market rents and intends to move into the office building in mid-2011.
