FundRock Management Company S.A (“FundRock”), a leading European third-party UCITS Management Company (“ManCo”) and Alternative Investment Fund Manager (“AIFM”), today announces its appointment as the management company of the newly launched Primus Solutions ICAV (“Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicle”). In this capacity, FundRock will provide the legal and regulatory framework for the ICAV and undertake the delegate oversight of the sub-fund. Primus Solutions ICAV, the umbrella fund, has a sub-fund called the Primus Fixed Income Smart Beta Fund that will obtain synthetic exposure to a portfolio of fixed income indices. As a smart beta fund, it will deploy systematic, quantitative and rules-based investment strategies.
