On 17 October, the Ireland-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce held its second entrepreneurial “Innovation Contest” within the Founders in a Castle at the Mudam in Luxembourg City.
On this occasion, fifteen start-ups emerging with state-of-the-art ideas were given the opportunity to compete in front of a select panel of five notorious dragons, namely Paul Browne of Enterprise Ireland, Karl Horsburgh from LBAN, Lux Future Lab’s Karin Schintgen, Matthias Ummenhofer from Mojo Capital and Jerome Wittamer of Genil Capital. Throughout the afternoon, the different candidates were evaluated on the potential of success of their business ideas and their ability to attract investors.
