On April 21st, a conference on “Special Economic Zones in Poland – Partners for Investment and Trade” was organised in the premises of the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce as a Joint Venture between the Chamber of Commerce, the Poland-Luxembourg Business Club, the Embassy of Poland in Luxembourg and the trade section of the Embassy of Poland in Brussels.
Poland was the only country in the European Union to avoid recession as a result of the financial crisis. The banking sector has not experienced bankruptcies.
