Because of the comprehensiveness of the AIFMD rules and the need to provide further clarifications on certain key aspects, the Depositary Bank Forum (DBF), the joint platform created by the ABBL and ALFI to represent the interests of depositary institutions, is today pleased to release its “Depositary guidelines and recommendations on oversight duties and cash monitoring for AIFs”. These guidelines shall help depositaries defining its oversight programs and procedures.
