Alter Domus, the Luxembourg-based provider of outsourced administration services, announces the opening of an office in Hong Kong, as from January 1st, 2009. The new office will provide corporate management services to companies in the region. Alter Domus is also acquiring Skye Fund Services, an established Asian fund services provider, allowing it to provide fund administration services from Asia to its clients. A presence in Hong Kong will allow Alter Domus, a company of about 375 people, to more easily serve its existing Asian clients.
