Over recent days, the situation surrounding Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC has been prominent in the news. Several publications have also reported on a possible impact on the Luxembourg fund industry. To our knowledge, as of today, several Luxembourg fund units had to suspend NAV calculation, subscriptions and redemptions in this context. Given the complexity of the issue, the multitude of different actors and diverging situations affected by this fallout, we are at this stage not in a position to provide you with any additional information or general recommendations on this topic.
