Franklin Templeton Investments today announced that international investors can access its first multi-manager, multi-strategy Luxembourg-registered SICAV fund focused on alternative investment strategies, Franklin K2 Alternative Strategies Fund (“the Fund”) and will follow the same strategy as the US-registered Franklin K2 Alternative Strategies Funds. The SICAV fund was soft-launched a month ago and is now accessible to international investors as of October 15, 2014.
