Cargolux Airlines welcomed a Chinese delegation today to celebrate the first anniversary of the partnership between Henan’s HNCA and Cargolux. The prominent delegation consisted of representatives of the Henan government, Zhengzhou airport and HNCA and was led by Mr. Guo Gengmao, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the People’s Congress of Henan Province.
