KNEIP, the leading service provider for the production and disclosure of legal, regulatory and contractual information for the fund industry, today announced that Stephanie Noel has been promoted to Head of Operations and has joined the company’s Executive Board. As part of her new role, Stephanie will be responsible for KNEIP’s Regulatory Reporting product, which helps fund managers to comply with transparency requirements under regulation such as the Alternative Investment Fund Management Directive (AIFMD) and UCITS. She will report directly to Lee Godfrey, Deputy CEO at KNEIP.
