Alter Domus, an independent firm headquartered in Luxembourg specialised in corporate management services, fund administration and fund reporting services, today announces the recruitment of two new managers. Sophie Declaye, a thirty-three year old Belgian, joins the company as a manager. After earning her law degree from the Catholic University of Louvain in 1999, Sophie practiced as a lawyer in Arlon. In Luxembourg she has worked for Banque Degroof Luxembourg and the Nord Europe Private Bank. David Mischler is a manager within Alter Domus Financial Reporting Services. The thirty-two year old Frenchman earned his Master’s in Law from the University of Metz in 2001.
