It is our pleasure to announce that IMFC Management BV and the SGG group have signed an agreement to join forces. Such union is subject to the pending approval of the DNB (De Nederlandsche Bank) and the CSSF (Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier). IMFC Management BV joins an international group present in Luxembourg, Belgium, Switzerland, Malta, Cyprus, the UK, the USA and New Zealand. IMFCs clients and partners will have access to global solutions thanks to the combined professional networks of the 2 firms. IMFCs founders remain invested in IMFC via an equity commitment at SGG level. IMFC will remain an independent company under the guidance of its managing director Hans Leijdesdorff.
