International law firm Ashurst has advised the management of Soludec on the management buy-out of the company led by Jacques Brauch from its historical shareholder.
Soludec is a leading Luxembourg-based construction company with a turnover of 95 million euros and 385 employees. Soludec's flagship projects in Luxembourg include the Mudam, the Le Royal Hotel, the renovation of the Adolphe bridge, the Deloitte and Luxemburger Wort buildings, and the new Mama Shelter Hotel. The Ashurst team was led by partner Isabelle Lentz, assisted by senior associate Geoffrey Delamarre and associate Thomas Roulleaux. Partner Georges Simon advised on tax matters.
