International law firm Clifford Chance announced on 18 April 2016 that Katia Gauzès will join the firm's Luxembourg corporate practice as a partner in May 2016. Previously a partner at Luxembourg's largest local law firm where she had worked since 2002, she has extensive private equity, real estate and MA experience in Luxembourg. Katia will work closely with Luxembourg Office Managing Partner Christian Kremer to jointly manage the Luxembourg corporate practice, which has a focus on complex and cross-border MA, private equity and real estate transactions that require sophisticated advice.
