The electronic payslip helps HR departments save cost and improve employee service

Savings for HR and higher convenience for employees give e-payslips a warm welcome.   For decades, a payslip arrived as a letter but with new digital technologies, the payslip finally goes paperless. Approximately 75 percent of costs can be saved through paperless payslips as costs for printing, enveloping and postage are eliminated. In addition, digital payslips are more convenient for the employee as an e-payslip simply arrives in the e-mail inbox of the employee. And it goes without saying that an e-payslip is a green technology in contrast to a paper payslip.
