The Nordic asset manager Mandatum Asset Management and fund services platform Universal-Investment have launched a new private debt fund of fund for professional investors in Europe. Mandatum Asset Management, the asset management arm of the Sampo Group, will be managing the highly diversified fund and, through its extensive analysis expertise, decide upon investments in eight to ten different funds. At the outset, the initial sub-fund of the Luxembourg-based umbrella structure is available for German and Austrian (semi-)professional investors.
