KPMG Luxembourg is delighted to announce that Georges Bock has been chosen by the Partnership to succeed Karin Riehl as Managing Partner of KPMG Luxembourg. This appointment will be effective from October 1, 2012. Georges Bock is Luxembourgish and a Luxembourg Rviseur dEntreprises, Conseil Economique and Expert Comptable. He has been a Partner with the Firm for 12 years. His field of specialization is Financial Services. He started with KPMG in 1991 as auditor. In 1994, he moved to our Tax department which he has been successful in leading since 2009. He has been the Global Chairman of the KPMG Funds Tax Network since 2007 and in this capacity was in charge of defining the Investment Management Strategy of the EU Tax practice.
