Apex Group Ltd. (“Apex”), a global financial services provider, today announces the launch of its Outsourced Special Purpose Acquisition Company (“SPAC”) Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) Solution via subsidiary Throgmorton US. Daniel Strauss, CEO of GlassBridge Enterprises Inc., a holding company focused on asset management opportunities, will be joining Apex in an advisory capacity to help guide and deliver the Outsourced SPAC COO Solution.
This product launch comes in the midst of:
