The office complex IKAROS 2.0 has started its second lifecycle : SQUARE METER is really happy to welcome a new tenant who has chosen this premises to successfully run its operations. The new tenant is the Luxembourg State.
The State has chosen an area of approximately 17,000 m² spread over the two buildings Artemis and Apollo. The high quality and flexibility, the large number of parking spaces and the different shops and services installed on the street levels of the complex have contributed to the decision for this site. Only 945 m² of office space as well as 284 m² of retail space are still available.
