Franklin Templeton Investments is pleased to announce that it became a signatory to the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) in April 2013, joining a network of international investors that put UNPRI’s six key principles into practice. The PRI is a voluntary framework designed to encourage sustainable investing by incorporating environmental, social and governance (ESG) analysis into investment decision-making and ownership practices.
