Implementation of the Mobility Directive in Luxembourg: scope of application, changes, and practical consequences

The corporate law aspects of the Mobility Directive were implemented into Luxembourg law with the law of 17 February 2025 (the “Law”), which amends in particular the law of 10 August 1915 on commercial companies, as amended (the “Company Law”).
