HSBC celebrated the launch of Luxembourg Pride Week on Monday 8th July hosting a roundtable with Ivan Scalfarotto as keynote speaker (member of Italian Parliament and founder of “PARKS” – Liberi e Uguali), Matt Dowie (Senior Global Diversity and Inclusion Manager, HSBC) and Diversity and Inclusion representatives from local institutions.
Tom Hecker and Nicolas Van Elsué from Rosa Lëtzebuerg (a Luxembourg non-profit association, supporting LGBT+ rights) also attended the event. The discussion tackled ways to enhance the hiring process and challenging unconscious bias in our organisations to create a safe and inclusive environment which enables all employees to be at their best.
