La Slovaquie commence aussi à s’intéres-ser à la place financière luxembourgeoise. Ainsi, la société Povazske Strojarne a-t-elle investi DEM 8 millions pour constituer Povazske Strojarne Holding AG, sa filiale au grand-duché. Les fonctions d’adminis-trateur-délégué ont été confiées à M. Peter Zelenay, avocat, demeurant à Bratislava et représentant de la maison-mère.
