Julia Leung, Under Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Government, today outlined Hong Kongs unique position as Chinas global financial centre, and explained the opportunities that come with such a position to an audience of financial professionals in Luxembourg.
