Delphine joins the team led by Partner Cécile Jager, bringing over a decade of international experience in secured lending and corporate/MA transactions. Dual-qualified in Paris and Luxembourg, she has extensive experience advising private equity firms, investment funds, and asset managers on the full spectrum of private equity and real estate transactions, covering structuring and acquisitions, implementation of external financings, and exit strategies.
