La société néerlandaise Getinge Arjo Holding Netherlands BV à Thiel a mis en place une structure luxembourgeoise sous la forme d'une société à responsabilité limitée unipersonnelle , baptisée Getinge Luxembourg avec un capital social de NLG 345,035 millions. Ce capital a été souscrit par l'apport de la société suisse Finance Branch Zug of Getinge Arjo Holding Netherland B.V.
