Attract and retain a branded Generation

With a number estimated around 80 millions in the world, the “Millenials” are the fastest growing segment of today’s workforce. In 2011, they already represented 20% of the workers in Luxembourg. Nowadays, the “Echo Boomers”, born between 1977 and 1997, have access to employment and for the oldest ones to management positions. Employers need to define new ways to attract, integrate and retain a new generation on track yet to become the most educated, technically literate and ethnically diverse generation of our history.
