Citadel Capital S.A.E, the leading Middle Eastern and African Private Equity firm, announces that it has appointed Augentius Fund Administration as the administrator for both its’ newly launched Institutional Private Equity Funds, the MENA Joint Investment Fund domiciled in Luxembourg and the Africa Joint Investment Fund domiciled in Mauritius. The funds are expecting to raise $500m.
