Cargolux Airlines has inaugurated scheduled all-cargo services to Quito on 2 July 2017. All four weekly Cargolux flights, that originate in Luxembourg and operate through Curitiba, Viracopos and Mexico respectively, before arrival in Quito, connect Ecuador's capital to Amsterdam, Luxembourg and beyond. The direct services from Quito offer Cargolux customers an improved product and logistics set up with scheduled all-cargo flights.
Cargolux's direct flights from South and Central America to Amsterdam were introduced in 2016 and serve the perishable and flower markets, offering customers reduced transit times and a faster delivery that better fits their schedules.
