With effect from 1 May 2013, Guido De Wit, VAT partner at the Brussels office of Linklaters, will join the Luxembourg Tax practice group while continuing to serve Belgian clients from the Brussels office. After having been reinvigorated last year with international tax specialist Olivier Van Ermengem , the tax department led by Olivier will now be reinforced by renowned VAT specialist Guido De Wit. Having worked for 30 years on VAT matters, Guido has gained a wealth of experience and expertise in this area. Guido has quite some exposure to Luxembourg VAT issues, since he has regularly been involved in most VAT matters handled by the Luxembourg office over the last two years.
