DLA Piper announces that Luis Muñoz is joining as partner in its Tax practice, based in Luxembourg. Luis Muñoz, who is joining the firm on 5 January from Allen Overy, focuses on international and corporate tax law. He has significant experience in advising clients on the tax aspects of cross-border investments and corporate reorganisations, as well as on the structuring of private equity, real estate and distressed debt investments via regulated/unregulated funds and securitisation platforms.
