The senior management teams of SGG Group and Equitis are pleased to announce their merger.
Founded in 2000, Equitis is the French leader of fiduciary services and one of the main French alternative fund management companies, authorized as an AIFM by the French high financial authority, the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF). The company, which registered a growth of more than 30% of its turnover in 2015 and whose assets under management (AUM) now reach € 2.5 billion, plans to double its AUM within the next three years, pushed by the growing market demand for outsourced fund management, as well as for fiduciary services.
